Every time we receive a new batch of wire, magnets, or alloys from our producers and suppliers, Randall builds a demo set using the updated materials. He tests that set personally, making sure the feel, bloom, and dynamic response hit the same pro-level standard our players expect.

Once Randall approves it, the demo set goes to our pro beta testers for final sign-off. Only after every tester approves the tone do we begin building new production sets.
