In an effort to provide the best possible experience for our customers in the United States, we cover the cost of 2-Day UPS shipping on all USA orders. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

We extend the same courtesy to our international customers by covering international shipping costs as well. This expense typically exceeds $100 per order, and we absorb it in full. For international shipments, we use DHL, as they are consistently the fastest and most reliable carrier worldwide.

Please note that while we pay for shipping, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are determined by your country and are outside of our control, typically the amount falls between 5% and 20% of the purchase price.

Returns

We stand behind every product we sell.

If you choose to return an item, all approved returns are refunded minus all shipping costs. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received. Once the return is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued promptly.
